以低聚物多元醇(N220、N330和N303)为软段、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)为硬段、辛酸亚锡为催化剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)为增塑剂和轻质碳酸钙(CaCO3)为填料,合成了聚氨酯(PU)弹性密封胶。着重探讨了不同助剂与PU弹性密封胶性能之间的关系。结果表明:当w(辛酸亚锡)=1%~2%、w(轻质CaCO3)=30%~70%和w(DOP)=5%~20%时,PU弹性密封胶具有较好的综合性能、较适宜的表干时间和硬度。
Oligomeric polyols (N220, N330 and N303) were used as soft segments, toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and 3,3’-dichloro-4,4’-diaminodiphenylmethane (MOCA) Stannous octoate as a catalyst, dioctyl phthalate (DOP) as a plasticizer, and light calcium carbonate (CaCO3) as a filler, a polyurethane (PU) elastic sealant was synthesized. The relationship between different additives and the properties of PU elastic sealant is emphatically discussed. The results show that the PU elastic sealant has good properties when w (stannous octoate) = 1% ~ 2%, w (light CaCO3) = 30% ~ 70% and w (DOP) = 5% ~ 20% Comprehensive performance, the more appropriate surface dry time and hardness.
