面向精益建造的最后计划者系统动力学模型

最后计划者系统(LPS)作为精益建造计划管理与控制的有效工具,在理论和实践中越来越受到重视。最后计划者系统基于流的模型,采用拉式计划设计过程,通过生产单元和工作流程来对项目进行控制,对于提高项目计划可靠性,提升项目绩效具有重要意义。目前国内业界对LPS及其作用的了解还不够深入,特别是计划系统内外部相互关系需要深刻分析。在介绍LPS管理思想和计划过程的基础上,运用系统动力学对LPS进行分析,描述了系统边界和系统因果关系图,在分别对各变量定义的基础上建立了相应的变量关系,进而构建了最后计划者系统动力学模型。利用Vensim软件对其进行模拟,进一步验证模型的正确性。 Last Planner System (LPS), as an effective tool for lean construction plan management and control, is getting more and more attention in theory and practice. The final planner system based on the flow model, the pull plan design process, through the production unit and workflow to control the project, to improve the reliability of project planning and improve project performance is of great significance. At present, the domestic industry does not have enough understanding of LPS and its role. In particular, it needs a profound analysis of the internal and external interdependencies of the planning system. Based on the introduction of LPS management thought and planning process, LPS is analyzed by system dynamics, and the system boundary and system causality diagram are described. Based on the definition of each variable, the corresponding variable relationship is established, and then a Final Planner System Dynamics Model. Vensim software was used to simulate it to further verify the correctness of the model.
