目的:研究郑氏伤科活络膏的主要抗炎药效学,观察其对急性软组织损伤动物模型IL-1β(白介素-1β)的影响。方法:采用小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀,大鼠蛋清性足肿胀和棉球性肉芽肿等急、慢性炎症模型,观察本品抗炎作用;建立大鼠急性软组织损伤模型,分别应用郑氏伤科活络膏及扶他林乳膏涂布患处,并于治疗后第1天、3天、5天取材并匀浆,采用放免法测量匀浆液IL-1β含量。结果:郑氏伤科活络膏可明显抑制小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀,显著抑制大鼠蛋清性足肿胀和棉球性肉芽组织增生,能显著抑制大鼠急性软组织损伤后受伤局部IL-1β含量的升高(P<0.01)。结论:郑氏伤科活络膏有明显的抗炎作用,其治疗急性软组织损伤的疗效机理之一是抑制受伤局部IL-1β含量升高来发挥其抗炎作用。
Objective: To study the main anti-inflammatory pharmacodynamics of Zheng’s Traumatology Huoliluo, and to observe its effect on IL-1β (interleukin-1β) in animal models of acute soft tissue injury. METHODS: The acute and chronic inflammation models of mouse xylene ears swelling, rat egg white foot swelling and cotton ball granuloma were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of the product; an acute soft tissue injury model was established in rats and Zheng’s injury was applied. Sections of active cream and fultroctin cream were applied on the affected area, and were drawn and homogenized on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th days after treatment. The content of IL-1β in the homogenate was measured by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: Zheng’s Zhanke Huoli ointment significantly inhibited xylene ear swelling in mice, significantly inhibited rat egg white foot swelling and cotton ball granulation tissue proliferation, and significantly inhibited the local IL-1β content in injured rats after acute soft tissue injury. The increase (P <0.01). Conclusion: Zheng’s Traumatology Huoliluo has obvious anti-inflammatory effects. One of the therapeutic mechanisms of acute injury of acute soft tissues is to inhibit the increase of local IL-1β content in wounds to exert its anti-inflammatory effects.
