毒草对肝肾的毒性,久已为人们所熟知,但在救治过程中突发心脏损害,甚至致命性心律失常尚未见报道,兹就我院在抢救一家4口毒草中毒病例所见的严重心律失常(1例因室速致死)报道如下: 病例报告罗△△,女,47岁,四川三台人,与家人共6人于1987.7.6。午餐共食自采白色鲜野草约五斤(据患者对照彩色图可能系白毒伞),食后约10小时,6人均感上腹部不适,继之剧烈呕吐,吐出为胃内容物及绿色液体,并解黑色稀便三次,并出现腰痛及无尿,在当地医院诊断为“毒草中毒,急性肾功衰”,治疗三天仍尿少(每天不足100ml),乃于1987.7.12。全家转来我院,收治其中的4例较重者,余2例转往他院。
