目的探讨对女性生殖道尖锐湿疣患者采用中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德治疗的疗效及其对单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、结合珠蛋白(Hp)表达水平及CD1a阳性朗格汉斯细胞(CD1a+-LC)计数的影响。方法选择2015年10月至2016年10月收治的75例尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象。将75例患者随机分为三组,各25例,分别采用不同的治疗方式,观察组患者给予中药紫草苦参洗液外用联合匹多莫德口服,对照1组仅给予紫草苦参洗液浸洗患处,对照2组仅给予口服匹多莫德。连续治疗20 d后,比较三组患者尖锐湿疣组织中MCP-1、Hp的表达水平和CD1a+-LC计数,以及血清白细胞介素(IL)-6及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平。结果三组患者治疗前尖锐湿疣组织中MCP-1、Hp表达水平、CD1a+-LC计数及血清TNF-α、IL-6表达水平均无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。治疗后三组MCP-1表达水平均较治疗前升高(P均<0.05),Hp表达水平均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05);且观察组MCP-1表达水平高于对照1组、2组,Hp表达水平明显低于对照1组、2组(P均<0.05);两对照组之间治疗后MCP-1、Hp表达水平相当(P均>0.05)。三组治疗前后CD1a+-LC计数组间及组内比较均无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。治疗后,三组血清TNF-α水平均较治疗前升高(P均<0.05),IL-6水平仅在观察组较治疗前升高(P<0.05);且治疗后TNF-α和IL-6水平在观察组明显高于对照1组、2组(P均<0.05),两对照组组间无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。结论中药紫草苦参洗液联合匹多莫德能够调节机体内细胞免疫相关因子的表达水平,从而起到治疗女性生殖道尖锐湿疣的效果,且该治疗方法优于单独使用中药紫草苦参洗液或匹多莫德治疗。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Herba Arnebiae Flavescentis Preparata combined with Pidotimod on patients with genital warts of female genital tract and its effect on the expression of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1), haptoglobin (Hp) And CD1a-positive Langerhans cells (CD1a + -LC) count. Methods Seventy-five patients with condyloma acuminatum who were admitted from October 2015 to October 2016 were enrolled in this study. The 75 patients were randomly divided into three groups of 25 cases, respectively, with different treatment methods, the observation group patients given licorice kushen lotion topical orally with pidotimod, the control group 1 was given only kusnezoff The affected area was dipped in liquid and the control group 2 was given pidotimod only. After 20 days of continuous treatment, the expression of MCP-1 and Hp and the counts of CD1a + -LC and the levels of serum interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in condyloma acuminata were compared among the three groups. Results The levels of MCP-1, Hp, CD1a + -LC and the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 in condyloma acuminatum before treatment were not significantly different between the three groups (all P> 0.05). The expression of MCP-1 in three groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment (all P <0.05), and the expression of Hp was significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.05). The MCP-1 expression in observation group was higher than that in control 1 The expression level of Hp in group 2 and group 2 was significantly lower than that in control group 1 and group 2 (all P <0.05). The expression levels of MCP-1 and Hp in the two groups were similar (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the three groups before and after CD1a + -LC count and intra-group comparison (all P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum TNF-α in the three groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (all P <0.05), while the level of IL-6 increased only in the observation group before treatment (P <0.05) -6 levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 1 and 2 (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two control groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Chinese Herbs Radix Sophorae Flavescens Lotion combined with pidotimod can regulate the expression of cellular immune related factors in the body, which play a role in the treatment of female genital warts, and the treatment is superior to the use of Chinese Herbs Sophora flavescens Lotion or pidotimod treatment.
