为进一步完善系统安全学科体系,深入探究系统的安全结构特性及规律,基于安全系统工程学,结合系统论和安全原理,提出并分析系统安全结构的相关理论。通过对系统安全问题的致因分析及其安全结构的演变规律研究,提出常态、应变和失效3种结构的概念,并深入研究3种系统安全结构间的运动规律,建立事故、灾害演化与系统安全结构演变之间的关系的“三轨结构”模式。研究结果表明,系统安全结构理论完善了复杂系统的安全分析理论内容,弥补了安全系统科学中系统结构与系统安全问题关联的理论欠缺,针对复杂系统的安全问题研究提出新的思路和方法。
