目的:分析、探究并总结了口腔粘接固定修复手术中常见的临床问题。方法:选择2015年1月-2016年1月,因需要修复牙齿的问题,来我院接受口腔治疗的患者,共200例,均采用口腔粘接固定修复手术。通过回顾分析、总结,对修复中所存在的问题进行研究,并在此基础上提出相应的措施,以此确保提升修复质量。结果:口腔粘接固定修复中常见的临床问题包括牙齿敏感86例(43%)、纤维桩粘接38例(19%)、染色着色27例(12%)、继发龋17例(8.5%)、瓷贴面粘接22例(11%),这些问题中,最为常的就是手术后的牙齿敏感问题,占所有问题的43%,明显高于其他临床问题的所占比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在口腔粘接固定修复中要选择正确工艺、恰当的材料,并做好修复后的处理、固定等,提长修复质量。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze, explore and summarize the common clinical problems in oral fixation and repair surgery. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016, 200 patients who received oral treatment in our hospital because of the need to repair the teeth were all treated with oral adhesive fixation and repair. Through the retrospective analysis and conclusion, the problems existing in the restoration are studied, and the corresponding measures are put forward to ensure the quality of the restoration. Results: The common clinical problems in dental restoration include 86 cases (43%) sensitive to teeth, 38 cases (19%) with fiber posts, staining in 27 cases (12%), secondary caries in 17 cases ), Porcelain veneer bonding 22 cases (11%), of these problems, the most common is the postoperative dental sensitivity problems, accounting for 43% of all problems, significantly higher than the proportion of other clinical problems, P <0.05 , The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The correct process, proper materials, and the treatment, fixation and so on, should be selected in the oral adhesive fixation and repair to improve the quality of repair.
