油料流动会产生静电,静电超过一定极限将产生静电放电,直接影响着油库安全。领油单位从油库领取油料时大多数使用汽车油罐车,为了及时导走加油过程中产生的静电,通常使用专用接地线。目前,油库大多数使用“接地夹”将汽车油罐车与大地连为一体以防静电积聚。去年用万用表抽查了500多辆汽车油罐车的接地电阻,从中发现80%的接地电阻为无穷大,20%的接地电阻小于100Ω。造成接触不良的王要原因是,接地夹与油罐车接触部分被漆皮隔开,表面看有接地而实际并没有真正接地,长此下去将严重影响着油库、加油站的安全。解决的
