目的通过分析某企业接触二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)人群肝功能损伤的流行病学情况,为预防职业病的发生提供对策和依据。方法采集某企业职工空腹静脉血测定肝功能各项指标,并对2010—2011年某企业接触二甲基甲酰胺工人健康检查资料进行统计分析。结果 2010年和2011年肝功能异常率分别为40.25%和32.17%,接触二甲基甲酰胺人群在性别、年龄组之间肝功能异常率差异无统计学意义,但工作年限之间差异有统计学意义。结论应加强二甲基甲酰胺接触人群的管理,定期进行职业健康检查,早发现、早治疗,预防职业病的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the epidemiology of liver function impairment caused by exposure to dimethylformamide (DMF) in an enterprise to provide countermeasures and basis for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods The fasting venous blood samples of a company were collected to determine the indexes of liver function. Statistical analysis was conducted on the health checkup data of workers exposed to dimethylformamide from 2010 to 2011. Results The abnormal rates of liver function in 2010 and 2011 were 40.25% and 32.17%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the frequency of abnormal liver function between the sex workers and the age group in contact with dimethylformamide, but there were statistically significant differences in working years Significance of learning. Conclusion The management of dimethylformamide exposure groups should be strengthened, regular occupational health examination, early detection and early treatment should be conducted to prevent occupational diseases.
