作者采用直接法研究了60例早期自然流产和30例人工流产绒毛细胞染色体。结果发现,难免流产组染色体异常率明显高于先兆流产组和人工流产组,差别显著(P<0.05)。说明部分难免流产的原因与胚胎染色体异常有关。作者就早期流产中染色体异常发生率及类型,直接法用于早期流产绒毛染色体检查的可行性和临床应用价值进行了探讨。
The authors used direct method to study 60 cases of early spontaneous abortion and 30 cases of human hair cell chromosomes. The results showed that unnatural abortion group chromosomal abnormalities were significantly higher than the threatened abortion group and abortion group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Shows some of the reasons for the inevitable abortion and embryonic chromosome abnormalities. The authors discussed the incidence and types of chromosomal abnormalities in early abortion and the feasibility and clinical value of direct methods for chromosomal abortion in early abortion.
