泡沫浮选过程需要使用起泡剂。一般用选择性和起泡能力来描述起泡剂的性质。根据实验室试验来选择起泡剂,并在扩大试验中进行验证。近几年来很多试验工作研究了起泡剂的基本性质。这些研究结果有助于描述起泡剂特性的标准方法的制定。其性质包括起泡剂减小气泡尺寸的能力和提高泡沫的稳定性。在本研究中,评价了5种起泡剂在煤浮选中的起泡能力及其与起泡剂基本性质之间的关系。精矿中水的回收率与无选择性机械夹带的固体量密切相关。还评价了有和没有固体存在时起泡剂促使水向泡沫捕集区转移的能力。
Foam flotation process requires the use of foaming agent. Selective and blistering is generally used to describe the properties of foaming agents. According to laboratory tests to select the foaming agent, and in the expansion test to verify. In recent years, many experimental work has investigated the basic properties of foaming agents. These findings contribute to the development of a standard method for characterizing foaming agents. Its properties include the ability of the blowing agent to reduce the size of the bubble and improve the stability of the foam. In this study, the foaming capacity of five foaming agents in coal flotation and their relationship to the basic properties of foaming agents were evaluated. The recovery of water in concentrates is closely related to the amount of solids entrapped in non-selective machinery. The ability of the foaming agent to promote the transfer of water to the foam capture zone was also evaluated in the presence and absence of solids.
