试验表明 ,药剂浸种对魔芋出苗率有正负影响 ,其中以 2 0 %石灰乳液浸种效果最好 ,出苗率达85 .44 % ;对苗高有抑制作用 ,株高分别为 2 3.97cm、 2 2 .5 9cm、 2 3.16 cm、 2 6 .6 cm(对照 ) ,均比对照低 ;不同防治线路对病害增长有抑制作用 ,但以线路 最为理想。本文还对魔芋病害发生与危害进行了描述 ,指出魔芋病害防治应从种芋贮藏、种芋消毒、轮作方式入手。加强药剂筛选是魔芋病害防治研究的关键
The results showed that the seed germination had positive and negative effects on the emergence rate of konjac, among which the soaking effect with 20% lime emulsion was the best, the germination rate was 85.44%, the seedling height was inhibited, the height was 2 3.97cm, 2 2 .5 9 cm, 2 3.16 cm and 26.6 cm (control), respectively, which were lower than that of the control. Different control lines had an inhibitory effect on the growth of the disease, but the most ideal route was the line. This article also describes the occurrence and the harm of konjac disease, and points out that the prevention and treatment of konjac disease should be started from the storage of konjac species, the sterilization of konjac species and the rotation. Strengthening drug screening is the key to the prevention and treatment of konjac disease
