通过文献资料法、实验法、统计法,将太极拳对大学生心肺功能的影响进行了综合分析,许多研究表明,太极拳对心肺功能有较大的影响:长时间练习太极拳可以提高心肺功能。
Through literature review, experiment and statistics, the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the influence of Taijiquan on the cardiorespiratory function of college students. Many researches show that Taijiquan has a great influence on cardiorespiratory function: prolonged practice of Taijiquan can improve cardiopulmonary function.
