现代旅游业快速发展,不仅对旅游人才的需求不断增加,而且对人才的素质要求越来越高,更对培养旅游管理人才的高校提出了更高的要求。案例教学法是增强教学效果的有效教学方法,并且在教学中被广大高校采用,与传统教育相比,有很多优点,但也存在问题和不足。本文对案例教学法在旅游管理教学中的应用进行了全面的研究和探讨。
The rapid development of modern tourism not only increases the demand for tourism talents, but also requires more and more talents. It also places higher demands on colleges and universities that cultivate tourism management talents. The case teaching method is an effective teaching method to enhance the teaching effect, and is adopted by most colleges and universities in teaching. Compared with the traditional education, the case teaching method has many advantages, but there are also problems and shortcomings. This article has carried on the comprehensive research and the discussion to the case teaching method in the traveling management teaching application.
