目的 :建立红曲及其制剂血脂康中磷脂酰胆碱的含量测定方法 ,以控制原料及制剂的质量。方法 :薄层扫描法。结果 :磷脂酰胆碱在 1～ 6 μg线性关系良好 ,平均回收率 96 .30 % ,RSD 4.90 %。 结论 :本方法简便易行 ,重现性好。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of phosphatidylcholine in Hongzhi and its preparation Xuezhikang to control the quality of raw materials and preparations. Method : Thin layer scanning. RESULTS: Phosphatidylcholine showed good linearity in the range of 1 to 6 μg with an average recovery of 96.30 % and RSD of 4.90 %. Conclusion : This method is simple and easy to use and has good reproducibility.
