陕西省水利学会第三次常务理事会议决定年内开展评选优秀学术论文活动,现将评选办法予以刊登,欢迎省水利学会广大会员同志们积极参加这一活动。
The third executive council of Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Hydraulic Science decided to conduct the evaluation of outstanding academic papers during the year. Now, the selection methods will be published. Many members of the provincial Water Conservancy Society are welcome to participate in this activity.
