永康市委、市政府按照省委、省政府的“两房”建设工作部署,把农村住房改造建设作为改善民生、扩大农村消费、拓展城市发展空间、建设社会主义新农村的重点工程,纳入“生态城乡”发展战略.创新理念,科学规划.周密部署.强势推进。目前.全市共有81个村实施了农房改造工作,其中整村下山迁建3个,自然村撤并8个,空心村改造70个,共拆除旧房面积8万平方米,集约利用土地6万平方米.改善农民住房5528户,复垦耕地3万平方米,开创了农民富、地节约、人和谐的良好局面。

A total of 80,000 square meters of old houses are demolished, and the intensive use of land is 60,000 Sq.m.It has improved 5,528 peasant housing and 30,000 square meters of reclaimed farmland, opening up a good situation of rich peasants, economical and harmonious people.
