防锈性是防锈油的基本性能之一,磺酸盐是防锈剂中代表性的品种。目前,国内现用钢板防锈油中大多使用含钡金属皂盐的防锈剂,由于钡金属盐具有一定的毒性,该种防锈剂在钢板后道脱脂时直接溶于脱脂液中,造成一定的环境污染。我们通过研发低碱值的、不含重金属的防锈剂来生产环保型的静电喷涂防锈油,减少了油品在使用过程中给环境带来的污染,具有较为广阔的市场前景。
