凿井井架是矿井建设工程的主要临时设施,它承担着井筒施工中的升降人员、提升物料矸石,同时它还要配合凿井绞车悬挂井筒中的吊盘、吊泵、风筒压风管及电缆等设备。随着建井技术的发展,要求井架安装工程与建井密切配合,在一些井架安装位置受到限制的地方尽量采取可靠、快速的安装方法缩短井架安装或占用井口的时间,通过在义煤集团新安煤矿16采区回风立井工程的凿井井架安装中,根据施工的位置和井架的技术特点,对比常用的井架安装方法,介绍分扇组装法在凿井井架安装中的应用以及取得的经济效益。
