目的 探讨新一代外科导航系统作为神经外科显微手术的辅助工具 ,治疗脑内海绵状血管瘤的临床效果。方法 在 32例脑内海绵状血管瘤手术中 ,应用美国枢法莫 -丹历公司最新一代外科导航系统进行病灶定位。结果 成功手术切除脑内海绵状血管瘤 32例 ,无手术死亡 ,术后并发症 3.1%。结论 应用导航技术治疗脑内海绵状血管瘤 ,可以完成术中病灶的精确定位和最佳手术入路的选择 ,降低手术中医源性损伤 ,减少术后合并症的发生。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of a new generation of surgical navigation system as a supplementary tool for neurosurgical microsurgery in the treatment of cavernous hemangiomas in the brain. Methods 32 cases of cavernous hemangiomas were treated with the latest generation of surgical navigation system of American Arthur Mo-Dan company. Results 32 cases of intracranial cavernous hemangiomas were successfully surgically removed without any surgical complications and the postoperative complications were 3.1%. Conclusion The application of navigational techniques in the treatment of intracranial cavernous hemangiomas can accomplish the precise positioning of intraoperative lesions and the selection of the best surgical approach, reduce the iatrogenic injury during operation and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
