1.1备料装袋 主料为桑枝,采用枝束熟料栽培。将桑枝截成1.5cm长,调节水分后用塑料绳捆缚成直径9cm左右的枝束,分装入15×33×0.0045cm的低压聚乙烯袋内。为了防止破袋和加速菌丝吃料发菌,袋底和袋口均加入少量棉子壳、麸皮或杂木屑,麸皮作为辅料,袋口用套环、棉塞封口。
