换模车的使用寿命和可靠性比最好的活动工作台都要长和更可靠,因为它不仅比活动工作台有更大的空间来安装笨重的零件,而且占地面积也较小。 有两种方式来实现自动换模的程序:一是用活动工作台(是在压力机里面);二是使用换模车(是在压力机的外面)。人们起初总是觉得换模车只是用来改进现有固定台面的压力机或压力机线,并且总认为换模车的价格一定比活动工作台贵。其实在许多冲压车间里,换模车反而具有特殊的价格低的优势。
