摔法是散打技术中近距离攻击的主要方法,也是最难掌握,技术含量最高,实战效果显著的技法。摔法能否取得成功,其关键因素之一就是选手力量的大小。因此,在日常摔法训练中,专项力量训练是整个训练的重要组成部分。笔者依据教学经验及问卷调查反映高校散打代表队学生对摔法的力量等认识,查阅文献资料等方法从摔法的实战要点出发重点对力量训练方法进行研究。
Wrestling is the main method of close combat in Sanda technology, and also the most difficult technique to master, the highest technical content and the actual combat effect. Wrestling success, one of the key factors is the size of the player’s power. Therefore, in the daily training of wrestling, special strength training is an important part of the whole training. Based on the teaching experience and questionnaire survey, the author reflects that the students in Sanda team in colleges and universities wrestle with the knowledge of the power of wresting, and consulting the literature and other methods to focus on the methods of strength training from the actual points of wrestling.
