当前幼专院校专业设置存在专业覆盖面窄、专业领域发展不平衡、学前教育专业方向多、非师范类专业发展艰难等问题。以学前教育为核心,适当拓展师范类专业;采取大综合培养与分方向发展方式满足行业需求;建立多元主体参与专业设置组织机制;整合学校资源,对接市场需求,创新非师范专业发展路径。优化幼专院校专业结构是推动幼专院校持续发展的重要途径。
At present, there are some problems in specialty setting of junior college, such as narrow professional coverage, unbalanced development in special field, multi-direction in preschool education, and difficult development in non-normal majors. Take pre-school education as the core, proper expansion of normal specialty; take large integrated training and sub-directional development to meet the needs of the industry; establish a multi-subject participation in the professional organization of the organization; integration of school resources, docking market demand, innovation non-normal professional development path. Optimizing the specialty structure of junior college is an important way to promote the sustainable development of junior college.
