各自治州、市人民政府,各地区行署,各县(自治县、市、市辖区、特区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构: 为全面防治水土流失,保护水土资源,改善生态环境,促进国民经济和社会可持续发展,根据《中华人民共和国水土保持法》、《中华人民共和国水土保持法实施条例》、《贵州省实施〈中华人民共和国水土保持法〉办法》的有关规定,现将我省水土流失重点治理区、重点监督区和重点预防保护区按流域水系划分如下: 一、重点治理区:乌江流域,南、北盘江流域,赤水河流域,牛栏江、横江、湃阳河流域,锦江流域。该区以治理水土流失为主,实行全面规划,建立水土流失综合防治体系,在实施重点治理的同时做好预防监督和保护工作。二、重点监督区:南、北盘江中上游,乌江上游,乌江中游的贵阳市、黔南州所涉县(市、区)。

The area is mainly for controlling soil and water loss, implementing comprehensive planning and establishing a comprehensive prevention and control system for soil and water loss, and doing a good job in prevention, supervision and protection while implementing key governance. Second, the key supervision area: South, North Panjiang River, Wujiang River, the middle reaches of Wujiang Guiyang City, Qiannan Prefecture counties (cities, districts).
