同步纤维磨耗层是一种新型的路面预防性养护技术。本文黑龙江省某公司公路,对不同纤维掺量的同步纤维磨耗层混合料进行拌合试验、粘结力、湿轮磨耗、负荷车轮粘砂、轮辙变形等试验,分析不同纤维用量对混合料各路用性能的影响。结果表明,同步纤维磨耗层具有优良的路用性能,可满足路面预防性养护使用要求,从纤维对混合料路用性能改善效率的角度来讲,建议纤维掺量范围为0.1%~0.15%。
