随着国有企业经济文化建设领域的不断扩大,在经济不断发展的背景下,加强党组织对企业文化的引领作用,尤其是将企业文化作为国有企业参与市场竞争的重要砝码,更加离不开党组织对企业文化的带动效用,才能形成全面发展的整体效果。通过国有企业党组织对企业文化的推动性,发挥出党组织在企业文化建设中整体优势,对于提升国有企业文化建设的战斗力,将有很大的实际意义。本文将围绕国有企业党组织推进企业文化建设的基本路劲进行深入分析,尤其是突出在引导、标杆、带动性等路径中,形成独具优势、追求文化建设与企业同频共振的有效性。
With the continuous expansion of the economic and cultural construction of state-owned enterprises, under the background of continuous economic development, it is even more important to strengthen the leading role of party organizations in corporate culture.
