作者对肾功能正常的特发性高血压患者进行食盐负荷试验,研究增龄与血压的食盐敏感性的关系及其机理。对象与方法住院未经治疗或停用降压药2周以上的特发性高血压患者88例,男44例,女44例。按年龄分4组:<40岁(20例);40~49岁(20例);50~59岁(37例)和≥60岁(11例)。平均血压(kPa)分别为14.3±1.7,14.3±1.9,15.8±2.3和15.1±1.9;肌酐清除率(Ccr,ml/min)分别为107.8±27.4,117.6+24.8,95.8±32.4和87.8±16.3。经生化、X线及内分泌学检查,排除继发性高血压。
The authors performed salt loading tests on patients with idiopathic hypertension with normal renal function and investigated the relationship between salt sensitivity to aging and blood pressure and its mechanism. Subjects and Methods There were 88 patients with idiopathic hypertension who were hospitalized without treatment or with antihypertensive drugs for more than 2 weeks, 44 were males and 44 were females. There were 4 groups by age: <40 years old (20 cases); 40-49 years old (20 cases); 50-59 years old (37 cases) and ≥60 years old (11 cases). Mean blood pressure (kPa) was 14.3 ± 1.7, 14.3 ± 1.9, 15.8 ± 2.3 and 15.1 ± 1.9 respectively; creatinine clearance (Ccr, ml / min) was 107.8 ± 27.4, 117.6 ± 24.8, 95.8 ± 32.4 and 87.8 ± 16.3 .
