目前,区域经济愈益成为我国经济界、学术界关注的焦点,长江三角洲、珠江三角洲和京津冀地区三大城市群三足鼎立态势渐趋明朗。然而,近年来京津冀区域经济发展明显落后于“长三角”和“珠三角”,无序竞争所带来的问题凸显,尽快实现京津冀区域经济协调发展的呼声渐高。在全国政协十届二次会议期间,北京、天津、河北三省市政协主席就联合推动京津冀区域经济发展问题达成共识。今年5至7月,三省市政协经济委员会就促进区域经济发展问题进行了互访。10月18日至21日,由京津冀三省市政协经济委员会发起的“区域经济发展论坛”第一次会议在北京召开,与会同志就启动“区域经济发展论坛”、共同推动京津冀区域经济发展等问题进行了交流研讨,提出了许多观点和建议,引起了较大的社会反响。
At present, the regional economy has increasingly become the focus of attention of the economic and academic circles in our country. The tripartite confrontation of the three major urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become clearer. However, in recent years, the regional economic development in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has lagged far behind that in the “Yangtze River Delta” and “Pearl River Delta”. The problems brought by the disorderly competition have highlighted the urgency for the coordinated development of the regional economy in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as soon as possible. During the second session of the 10th CPPCC National Committee, the chairmen of the CPPCC committees in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province reached a consensus on jointly promoting the regional economic development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. From May to July this year, the economic commissions of the CPPCC provinces held exchanges of visits on the issue of promoting regional economic development. From October 18 to October 21, the first meeting of the “Forum on Regional Economic Development” initiated by the Economic Committee of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province’s CPPCC National Committee convened in Beijing. Comrades at the conference started the “Forum on Regional Economic Development,” and jointly promoted the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regional economic development and other issues were discussed and discussed, put forward many views and suggestions, causing a greater social response.
