目的探讨严重坠落伤的临床特点及程序化治疗在急诊救治中的应用。方法对2009年2月~2012年6月应用一体化急诊救治的188例重症高处坠落伤临床资料进行回顾分析，按照坠落伤的临床特点，实行以急诊科救治为主，多科协调严密监护及时处置的一体化治疗（现场急救-途中转送监护-急诊科处理-多专科参与治疗-重症监护）。结果188例患者，治愈141例，抢救成功率75%，堕落高度低于3m者，伤情较轻，预后好；堕落高度大于9m者，伤情危重，死亡率高。结论严重高处坠落伤伤情复杂，病死率高，实行以急诊科救治为主的一体化治疗是当前急诊救治较好的模式。“,”Objective To study the ef ect of the integration in the emergency treatment of severe high fal inginjury.
