政治哲学和经济学从不同角度赋予了“公共性”丰富的内涵,由于信息传播是社会交往活动的基本形式和前提,公共性也正是信息的基本特性之一。互联网传播平台的出现以及智能手机等个人移动信息终端的发展,为公众通过网络参与社会公共信息传播提供了条件,实质上是把信息价值的判断权还给了普通公众。但是,随着平台对公共信息传播的影响越来越大,社会对其公正、客观的质疑也越来越强烈。同时,公众参与社会交往(包括参与公共信息传播)的过程又为网络大数据提供了大量的个人信息,这些信息作为识别具体个人的符号是个人参与社会交往的必要条件,也体现出明显的社会性(公共性)。
Political philosophy and economics have conferred rich connotations of “publicity ” from different perspectives.
