目的总结S-100止血绫在少量鼻出血中应用效果,寻求更好的止血填塞材料。方法 2008年5月至2009年6月因鼻出血患者共157例,用S-100止血绫作为填塞材料93例,与凡士林油纱条填塞后的止血效果以及鼻腔反应进行比较。结果止血绫组止血总有效率为97.94%,和油纱条组比较无统计学意义;鼻塞、鼻痛、咽干、溢泪、耳鸣两组比较P<0.001。结论止血绫在少量鼻出血中是一种更好的止血填塞材料。
Objective To summarize the application effect of S-100 hemostatic damascene in a small amount of epistaxis to seek better hemostatic packing material. Methods From May 2008 to June 2009, a total of 157 cases of patients with epistaxis were enrolled, and 93 cases were treated with S-100 hemostatic Aya as the stuffing material, and compared with the hemostatic effect and the nasal reaction after vaseline gauze packing. Results The total effective rate of hemostatic Aya group was 97.94%, which was not statistically significant compared with that of oil gauze group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in nasal congestion, nasal pain, pharyngitis, overflowing tears and tinnitus. Conclusion Hemostatic Aya is a better hemostatic material in a small amount of epistaxis.
