教师教研活动是以促进学生全面发展和教师专业进步为目的,以教师在课堂实施及教育教学过程中所面对的各种具体的教育教学问题为研究对象,以教师为研究主体,以专业研究人员为合作伙伴的实践性研究活动,是通常意义上“教学研究活动”的简称[1]。教师教研活动是教师教学过程的重要环节,是教学质量保证体系中的重要组成部分,也是教师互相学习、取长补短、共同提高教育教学能力和教学效果的有效途径[2]。近年来,高等职业院校越来越得到社会各界的认可。然而,高等职业院校的教师教研活动现状却不容乐观。2012年3—12月份,笔者以某高职学院 Teachers teaching and research activity is to promote the overall development of students and teachers for the purpose of professional progress, teachers in the classroom implementation and education in the process of teaching a variety of specific education and teaching as the object of study, teachers as the main research, professional research Personnel as a partner of practical research activities, is the usual sense “teaching and research activities ” referred to as [1].
