In this paper, the NMR spectra of a series of isonucleosides and their fluorinated derivatives have been studied. The ~ 1HNMR, ~ 19FNMR and ~ 13CNMR spectra have been completely assigned to each other. The ~ 19F- ~ 1H and ~ 19F- ~ 13C The coupling constants discussed the effect of ~ 19F on ~ 1H and ~ 13CNMR spectra.
