当下中国的高等教育进入了以质量提升为核心的内涵式发展的新常态,对人才培养质量提出了更高的要求,建立基于能力培养的新型课程体系势在必行。课题组从四个层面进行调研并汇集各方建议,遵循课程体系构建的原则,采用“平台+模块”的系统设计方法,搭建四大培养平台,每个平台设置若干个教学模块,每个教学模块由若干门课程或实践活动组成,从而进一步提出课程体系构建的保障措施。该研究是“3+1”培养模式下市场营销课程体系的新探索,是市场营销专业提高人才培养质量的重要保证。
At present, China’s higher education has entered a new normal of the connotative development with quality improvement as its core, putting forward higher requirements on the quality of personnel training. It is imperative to establish a new curriculum system based on capacity-building. The research team conducted research from four levels and collected suggestions from all parties. Following the principle of curriculum system construction, the system design method of “platform + module” was used to build four training platforms. Each platform was equipped with several teaching modules, each A teaching module consists of a number of courses or practice activities, which further proposed the construction of the curriculum system of safeguards. This research is a new exploration of the marketing course system under the mode of “3 + 1” training and an important guarantee for the marketing major to improve the quality of personnel training.
