本文用免疫组织化学的PAP法,观察了失血性休克对大鼠胰岛生长抑素(SS)免疫反应阳性细胞(D细胞)的影响.结果显示,失血性休克后30分钟到6小时的不同时间点,大鼠胰岛中的D细胞数都非常显著地少于正常对照组.说明失血性休克后,D细胞释放SS的速率增加,D细胞可能也参加失血性休克病理过程的调节。
In this paper, the immunohistochemical PAP method was used to observe the effect of hemorrhagic shock on the islet somatostatin (SS) immunoreactive positive cells (D-cells) in rats.The results showed that after hemorrhagic shock 30 minutes to 6 hours at different times Point, the number of D cells in rat islets was significantly less than that of the normal control group, indicating that the rate of SS release from D cells increased after hemorrhagic shock, and D cells may also participate in the regulation of hemorrhagic shock pathology.
