马岛战争中,为赢得国际社会的支持,争取军事反击的准备时间,英国实施了卓有成效的外交动员。其做法启示人们:在处理主权争端时,必须加强法理研究,以充分的法律依据获取坚实的理论支撑;加强对外交往,以不断扩大的共同利益赢得更多的国际支持;趋利避害,利用矛盾分歧化解相关国家“一致对我”的风险;防止外力介入,以鲜明的立场避免主权争端复杂化。
In the Falkland Islands war, Britain has conducted fruitful diplomatic mobilization in order to win the support of the international community and strive for preparations for a military counterattack. The approach enlighten people: In dealing with the sovereignty dispute, we must strengthen the study of jurisprudence and obtain solid theoretical support with sufficient legal basis. We should strengthen our diplomatic ties and win more international support with the expanding common interests. The differences of contradictions will resolve the risk of the countries concerned “unanimously agreeing with me”; prevent the involvement of external forces and complicate the sovereignty dispute with a clear stand.
