提高部队党委领导信息化建设的能力,是当前部队建设面临的重大而紧迫的任务。部队党委应当提高战略思维层次,增强统揽和把握信息化建设方向的能力;加强总体设计,努力探索部队信息化建设的路子;强化科技素质,建成通晓信息化建设的班子。
Improving the ability of the armed party committees to lead the information construction is a major and urgent task currently facing the building of the army. The army party committees should raise the level of strategic thinking and enhance their ability to embrace and grasp the direction of information construction. They should also step up their overall design and strive to explore the way for the building of the army’s informationization. They should also strengthen the quality of science and technology and build a team that is proficient in information construction.
