为探讨实验性迟发性脑动脉痉挛(DCVS)时脑组织的缺血性改变。对二次注血后经椎动脉造影证实为DCVS狗的大脑皮层、白质、丘脑、脑干、小脑皮层、海马CA1与CA2、3、47个脑区的Cu-Zn-SOD、Cat活性、LPO含量进行了测量。结果发现DCVS实验动物海马CA1与CA2、3、4区的LPO含量和Cu-ZnSOD活性与对照组比较,明显增高(P<0.01,P<0.05),丘脑Cu-ZnSOD活性、7个脑区Cat活性也明显增高(P<0.01)。提示实验性DCVS时脑组织存在自由基代谢紊乱的缺血性改变。
To investigate the ischemic changes of brain tissue in experimental delayed cerebral vasospasm (DCVS). Cu-Zn-SOD, Cat activity, LPO activity in cortex, white matter, thalamus, brainstem, cerebellar cortex, hippocampal CA1 and CA2, The content was measured. The results showed that LPO content and Cu-ZnSOD activity in hippocampal CA1 and CA2, 3,4 area of DCVS experimental animals were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01, P <0.05) Cat activity in brain regions was also significantly higher (P <0.01). Tip of experimental DCVS brain tissue there is a disorder of free radical metabolism of ischemic changes.
