中药炮制的超分子化学机制探讨

运用中药生物超分子体特征和对人体的“气析”作用,分析中药炮制学研究现状及亟需解决的关键科学问题,并提出破解之策。在前期诠释中医药基础理论,提出“气析”作用理论的基础上,运用生物超分子化学理论,阐明中药炮制所存问题的根源,形成中药饮片炮制的超分子化学研究对策。中药为巨复生物超分子体,中药炮制就是对生物巨复超分子体的炮制,其本质是在外界高温、高湿条件下,加辅料与不加辅料对生物超分子主客体进行化学变化的中药制药技术;超分子化学贯穿始终,宜用超分子技术进行研究。中药饮片是经过超分子化学反应后主客体分子产生变化的产物,其内部发生了主客分子的理化性质变化,如结合水的逸出、化学键的断裂、脱水、炭化、及其与辅料作用等;炮制后的饮片药性与药效变化程度决定于主客体“印迹模板”变化程度,可采用对人体超分子“印迹模板”的“气析”作用测出,集单用确定与合用可调配的整体相统一的给药体系。该文将从研究思路、方法、品种归属、炮制原理、质量标准、临床应用等方面进行分析,找出问题症结所存,并形成以超分子化学为核心的对策。中药炮制是建立在体现人体经络脏腑超分子“印迹模板”(药素)作用基础上的生物超分子体的化学技术,其反应产物饮片体现单用确定性与合用调配性,由此可构成中药临床配伍调配给药体系。 Utilizing the characteristics of the biological supermolecules of Chinese medicine and the role of “gas analysis” on the human body, this paper analyzes the current research situation of the processing of traditional Chinese medicine and the key scientific problems to be solved urgently and puts forward the solutions.
