以磷酸盐料浆、空心微珠与空心石英纤维为主要原材料,采用铺层法制备了一种承载/隔热一体的复合材料。并采用热重法(TG)测试了磷酸盐基浆料和石英纤维1000℃失重;用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了磷酸盐与空心玻璃微珠、空心石英纤维界面结合情况及其复合材料的微观形貌;用拉力机测试了复合材料的常温及高温弯曲强度;用阿基米德法测试了复合材料的密度。结果表明:磷酸盐料浆和空心石英纤维均具有优异的耐热性能,磷酸盐与空心玻璃微珠及空心石英纤维界面结合强度高,所制备的复合材料高温处理后仍能保持较高的机械强度。
Taking phosphate slurry, hollow microbeads and hollow silica fibers as the main raw materials, a composite material with load-bearing and heat-insulating properties was prepared by laying method. The weight loss of phosphate-based slurry and quartz fiber at 1000 ℃ was tested by TG method. The bond between phosphate and hollow glass microbeads and hollow silica fibers and their composites were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) The morphology of the composite was tested at room temperature and high temperature with a tensile tester. The density of the composite was measured by Archimedes’ method. The results show that both phosphate slurry and hollow silica fiber have excellent heat resistance. The bonding strength between phosphate and hollow glass microbeads and hollow silica fiber is high. The prepared composite can maintain a high mechanical strength even after high temperature treatment strength.
