采用脉冲式多普勒测定101例高危妊娠的脐动脉(UmA)收缩期最大血流速度(S)与舒张末期速度(D)的比值(UmAS/D);制作受试者工作曲线(ROC曲线);并对高危妊娠19例,正常妊娠10例妇女(A组)进行UmAS/D值与胎盘病理检查。结果显示:UmAS/D值为2.8作为最佳临界点;该点预测高危妊娠不良结局的敏感性为70.6%,特异性为97.6%;高危妊娠妇女中,UmAS/D<2.8者9例(B组),S/D≥2.8者10例(C组);C组胎盘三级绒毛于中的平均肌性小动脉数明显少于B组及A组。揭示:UmAS/D值与胎盘三级绒毛干中的肌性小动脉数有明显关系。
The UmAS / D ratio of maximum systolic velocity (S) to diastolic velocity (D) was measured by pulsed Doppler in 101 high-risk pregnancies. The receiver operating curve (ROC curve ). UmAS / D and placental pathology were also performed in 19 high-risk pregnancies and 10 normal pregnant women (group A). The results showed that the UmAS / D value was 2.8 as the best cut-off point. The sensitivity and specificity of this point to predict the adverse outcome of high-risk pregnancy were 70.6% and 97.6% respectively. Among the high-risk pregnant women, UmAS / D < 2.8 in 9 cases (group B), 10 cases in group S (S / D≥2.8) (group C). The average number of muscular small arteries in group C was significantly less than those in group B and group A. Revealed: UmAS / D values and placental third level fluff dry muscle in a significant relationship between the number of arterioles.
