文章通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析等方法着重分析了激励理论的提出、作用性质及二者的关系,激励机制的内涵及其构成要素,影响学校体育系统运行的主要因素,发展激励机制时应注意的问题等。提出:学校有机系统引导学校体育工作者及学生改变原有体育行为价值观念,落实学校体育运行过程中重大的方针政策,将真正意义上的资源、制度、政策分配给学校的教职员工并作用于广大教师和学生身上,从而实现学校体育教育思想目标的作用过程,最终实现人的全面发展是学校体育运行的激励机制。
