目的研究石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铝的含量。方法利用混合酸对样品进行消化,硝酸镁为基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铝的含量。结果方法检出限0.25mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.06%~1.25%间,回收率在92.4%~93.6%间。结论该方法具有选择性好、灵敏度高、回收率较高的特点,可用于食品中铝含量的测定。
Objective To study the determination of aluminum in food by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The mixed acid was used to digest the sample. Magnesium nitrate was used as matrix modifier. The content of aluminum in food was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The detection limit was 0.25mg / kg. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 1.06% to 1.25%. The recoveries ranged from 92.4% to 93.6%. Conclusion The method has the characteristics of good selectivity, high sensitivity and high recovery. It can be used for the determination of aluminum in food.
