对08Ni3D锻钢进行了9种热处理方案的工艺试验,采用Charpy冲击试验、低温拉伸、常温拉伸等方法,研究了该钢热处理后-100℃的低温冲击吸收能量、室温到-100℃的强度和伸长率等力学性能。通过金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对显微组织、断口形貌等进行分析。结果表明,该钢-100℃的低温力学性能优良,显微组织均匀细小、SEM微观断口形貌为韧性断口,确定了870℃水淬+630℃空冷的最佳热处理工艺,完全可以应用在-100℃的低温压缩机定子上。
The heat treatment process of 08Ni3D wrought steel was tested by Charpy impact test, low temperature stretching and normal temperature stretching.
