前言原发性(免疫性)血小板减少性紫癜慢性型以成人多见,女多于男,发病缓,出血较轻,颗粒性巨核细胞无血小板形成者增加,病程迁延,治疗颇感困难。自1981年9月至1982年11月我们用丹东生化制药厂生产的氨肽素治疗,取得一定疗效,总结如下。材料与方法慢性血小板减少性紫癜患者60例,均经门诊详细询问病史、查体、血常规、骨髓检查及有关化验
