目的探讨中西医结合治疗抗心磷脂抗体引起复发性自然流产的临床效果。方法 2009年3月～2011年12月本院就诊的经检查发现抗心磷脂抗体阳性的复发性自然流产患者接受治疗者45例,将其随机分为西医对照组和中西医治疗组,比较两组之间治疗效果的差异。结果中西医治疗组优于西医对照组。结论中西医结合治疗抗心磷脂抗体引起的复发性自然流产更有效,更安全。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combining anti-cardiolipin antibodies on recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods From March 2009 to December 2011, 45 hospitalized patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion who were positive for anticardiolipin antibodies were randomly divided into western medicine control group and western medicine treatment group Differences in the treatment effect between groups. Results Western medicine treatment group was better than western medicine control group. Conclusion Integrative treatment of anticardiolipin antibodies caused by recurrent spontaneous abortion more effective and safer.
