本文就端粒酶的结构和功能、端粒酶与胃癌的相关性、端粒酶抑制剂与胃癌的治疗等方面的研究进展做一综述。1端粒酶与胃癌的相关性端粒酶作为一种由RNA和蛋白质组成的复合体,目前已证实该复合体由六个亚单位组成。hTR(humantelomeraseRNA,人端粒酶RNA);hTEP1(humantelomeraseprotein1,人端粒酶蛋白质,又称TP1);hTEET(humantelomerasereversetran-sciptase,人端粒酶逆转录酶;又称hTRT、hTEST2或TP2);HSP90;p23和dyskerin。其中比较重要的亚单位有hTR、hTEP1、hTERT。端粒酶除表达于正常组织细胞,如胚胎细胞、成人男性生殖细胞、造血干细胞、子宫内膜细胞、活化的淋巴细胞等以
