2002年5月19日中央司法警官学院成立大会,既是实现学院第一步发展目标的标志,也是学院进入第二步发展阶段的起点,张福森部长在学院成立大会上代表司法部明确提出了学院第二步发展的基本任务和要求。为完成上述任务和要求,应当打牢基础,深化改革,推进各项工作的发展。而这一切,首先取决于我们的认识和观念。本文拟就司法警官教育的基本特点和基本定位提出自己的分析意见。
On May 19, 2002, the inaugural meeting of the Central Judicial Police Academy was not only a mark of realizing the first-phase development goal of the college, but also the starting point for the college to enter into the second-stage development stage.
