On September 28, upon approval, the first Hong Kong Port Co., Ltd., a coastal port company, was established in Rizhao Port and the first general meeting of shareholders was held. Shiqigang Port Co., Ltd. is one of the first batch of 50 joint-stock reform pilot companies in Shandong Province, and is the first pilot unit in the coastal ports of the country to carry out joint-stock reforms at the loading and unloading company.
